I got married in an Oklahoma court room on November and then 6 1/2 months later, I had my wedding. My wedding didn't receive the typical year of planning. I was in school full time and working also full time, so I hadn't really had the time to plan such a big memorable event, such as this. I was finished with school in the middle of April, and not til then did I even put much thought into it. I wanted to keep it simple because well, the date was in two months and wanted to work with a smaller budget. I was freaking out two weeks before the wedding because so many things were not falling into place. However, thanks to crafty women in my family... it all came together. The church and reception was decorated elegantly. I had pictures taken by my Aunt and cousin, which turned out great. My brother-in-law and cousin sang. My wedding really turned out to be everything I could have asked for and more. The only thing I would have changed would have been that I had cried less. It was very emotional for me and I cried to the point of not being able to catch my breath and I sounded like a seal ( not a cute baby seal either). Simple things were tearing me up, like my song choice. I mean come on, I have heard those songs a thousand times!!! Of course they were tears of joy. I love my husband so much. I am a lucky girl.
